We repair other contractor's construction shortcuts, such as the use of flexible pipe. This is often found on round spas due to their smaller radius, but was never a building standard. Current requirements are schedule 40 rigid PVC pipe.
The previous installer utilized flexible piping, leading to erosion and corrosion of the rebar. Consequently, a straightforward leak repair has escalated into a significantly larger project.
